At One Bold Chemist, we stand by the scientific integrity of our formulas, but we understand skin chemistry is unique to everyone. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging; please ensure the product is at least 50% full to qualify for a chemistry-guarantee refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Process

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our lab receives and inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
